Those are some cute paws! Wrigs would love to hide his paws in some long grass. Things are not looking very green here right now. We did get a little rain today (monsoon has begun), so hopefully the plants will start to recover soon.

I am sorry to hear that you guys have been so dry there. Do you have a set rainy season too like us in Mexico? Our monsoon rains have begun now as well and will last for all of July. The wild plants and vines will climb up and take over everything now… it’s really quite beautiful, and a nice break after all the heat of May.

Our monsoon season can last into September, but it doesn’t rain every day during that time. The weather service predicts we should have a better chance of getting substantial rain this coming Tuesday and Wednesday as moist air from the Gulf of California moves into our area. Even though we haven’t gotten much rain yet, at least it has cooled things down a bit. Squeeze delivered. 😉
