As far as I know, there’s nothing you can do. It’s happened to me before – certain blogs that I’m following just stop showing up in the Reader, and a couple of people have told me that mine stopped showing up. It doesn’t happen with all blogs. Sometimes unfollowing and refollowing helps, but not always. Now when it happens I subscribe by email.
